Known for his hands-on leadership and collaborative approach, Nilesh has successfully led cross-functional teams, optimized factory performance, and implemented systems that drive efficiency and reduce cost. A firm believer in continuous improvement, he champions operational excellence while aligning day-to-day execution with Sonal’s long-term vision and global standards.

Nihar Sawant
Head of Design & Development

With 17 years of experience, Nihar shapes the creative and technical direction of Sonal’s apparel design. He leads the design team across seasonal collections and development cycles, ensuring each product reflects market trends, brand identity, and quality benchmarks. His collaborative approach connects design with production, making creativity commercially viable.

Purushotham Kamath
Vice President – Marketing & Merchandising

With 22+ years in the garment industry, Purushotham leads Sonal’s domestic business. He manages fabric sourcing, pricing, and capacity planning, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. His expertise keeps operations agile, cost-effective, and aligned with delivery timelines and client expectations.
